Roleplaying mods that add a family for the PC?

I'm not sure if this should go into the request thread because it's very specific and I figured people wouldn't understand what I mean unless I explained it somewhat in details.

 

What I mean to ask is that if there are mods (with adult content or not, hence why I posted in this section) that add NPCs to the game called mom/dad/sister/etc. and appropriate dialogue? It doesn't have to include any sort of background story.
