Preferabbly something like Enhildils XP234 mod for Skyrim: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/60296 In fact, if anyone can port it to New Vegas, maybe tone down the breasts to a reasonable size (yeah, like that'd happen here) I'd be grateful.
