No picture, but a flashing power button

Shit just got real. I finally picked up a 4k tv today. I also put my gaming rig back together after I saw the wonder of hyperintensive graphics.

 

Problem- there is no picture on either the TV or the monitor that is hooked up to it. The power button is flashing. I've had this problem before, but I have no idea what was done to fix it.

 

It's very rare that I have everything ready to fix like this, so if anyone can put up with me for a while, please help; this has been a long time in coming.

Also, I can't get the sound patched through my Earforce to my headset. The only sound option that works is the TV speaker.
