How to make armor upgradeable?

Prolly the most hilarious question for a lot of people here but, i never found out how to do it.. could somebody enlight me?

 

I assume it's done in the CK.. but for the love of god i don't find anything related to that.

In the side menu go to items > constructible object,

then scroll down to the tamper entries pick one to duplicate.

 

Then when editing the copy the top right entry "created objct" click the drop down menu and point it to the armour you want to add upgrading to.

 

The other stuff should be self explanatory,
