when is there going to be sex mods added in the special edition version?

As far as I know SKSE hasn't been updated yet to the other skyrim. So until that happens nothing will be.

Pretty much this, if the OP is referring to Sexlab and the various mods it supports. Even after that it will take time. Weeks if not months or years to see a great variety. And that's only if the authors bother to convert them or give permission for others to do so.

The author of Flower Girls also has a patch now to make it work with the clean version of Amorous Adventures.
