Better body language

One of the things that I have noted whilst playing skyrim is that everyone body language is the same. Everyone stands the same, walks the same, sits the same etc.

A warrior will walk like a mage, or a young person like an old person and I think that it would help bring out the character in the NPCs if they could have different animation sets.

For example take the following idea's for walking:

Warrior: Confident walk, shoulders back, slight swagger, head level

Mage: Head slightly down (as in thought), long and medium speed strides, slight swagger

Snob: Head slightly up, slowish smaller steps (no hurry)

Average Worker: faster walk, head slightly down, shoulders slightly up.

Old person: Stooped, small steps, slow walk, doddering.

Good looking woman: Head up, shoulders back, swaying hips

Same for sitting:

A warrior should lean back, look at ease but ready.

A mage should sit slightly more straight, but look at ease with their head slightly down (maybe pull out a book to read).

A snob should sit up straight, and look self important

The average worker should lean back or forwards, and look tired

An old person should sit forwards, with their shoulders stooped.

A set of say, standing idle, walking, running and sitting animations for the major different people: Warriors, Mages, Workers, Old people could help to make the people seem more real.

Do you guys think this would be possible or is it too much work?

I know almost nothing outside of visual modding but I'll go ahead and say it's both :P

Refer to "How it works" under this mod: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/14871

Basically all npcs use the same animations and this mod creates an alternate route/directory to load animations for the player character. Perhaps it is possible to do so with all the npc's but (I'm making assumptions here) you'd probably have to go into creation kit or something to instruct the game to read different animations for each individual npc.

Again, I'm only saying from knowledge I've accumulated or bothered to retain thus far.
