Load order question?

Hey y'all, just wanted to see if someone could take a look at my load order and help me out here. I'm mostly having issues with HDT physics for the character. They seem to be working when clothed but not when naked. I made a merged & bashed patch to see if that would clear it up but it hasn't. 

 

-Ragdolls

-HDT

-CBBE

-Demoniac (texture)

-Bodyslide

-XPMSE

-FNIS

-Generated FNIS animations

 

Only other issues I have is when I go into race menu the KS HDT hair has that infinite stretch thing going on but it goes away once I switch to a different one. I also get a random CTD when going through a load screen sometimes but I think that if I remake the merged/bashed patches it'll clear it up. Ran it through LOOT with all the correct metadata as far as I know. I think I might have to go through some of the environmental stuff used for ENB again though.

 

I just recently swtiched to MO so I'm still kind of learning but I wanted to get another set of eyes on it. Wanted to get these bugs worked out before I started making Skyrim more... Devious. Thanks!

I'm thinking it might be an SKSE issue? I just downloaded HDT'S breast and butt physics thinking that's what I needed even though I've had the physics extended to the body before without using it. I noticed when installing it the HDT BBP mod is just an SKSE plugin. When I installed SKSE I installed it through steam so it, with the scripts, went straight into the game folder and when I had plugins pop up in my overwrite file I just created a mod out of 'em. I think I'll uninstall SKSE and then reinstall it through MO, see if that clears it up.

Normal CBBE body don't support HDT.

You may want to try to rebuild it using Bodyslide (select CBBE HDT preset and any preset you like) and build the body again.

 

Stretching HDT hair are quite common with me too, I think it is un-avoidable and seem to be OK since it will stop when moving selection back/forward.

I've been thinking of getting away from the CBBE body all together and switching over to UNP or SevenBase. I see UNP is supported by a lot of other mods but I like the 'thicker' set bodies. If I can still adjust the body in racemenu the same way I think I'll make the transfer. I might play around with it a little bit after I reinstall SKSE.

 

I'm also not real savvy with Bodyslide but I'll look at it here, see if I can rebuild it with HDT. Thanks!

Yep, bodyslide worked perfect. No need to tinker around with it anymore. Loaded up Bodyslide, in Outfit/Body I selected CBBE Body HDT and in Preset I selected CBBE Curvy since that's what I installed with and hit build. Body now has physics and is adjustable with racemenu as far as I can tell. I'm gonna' keep playing around with it, see if it gives me any more issues. Hope I don't get any CTD's so I can go forward with installations. Thanks again!

In your left side in MO you should change place on those.

And when you installd Calentes, you should only install CBBE or UNP.

The output from BodySlide should you put in one own folder that you can use as one mod.

Press Control when you build and BodySlide will put the files in what folder you like.

I'll definitely check that one out. Thanks! I'm trying to make sure I don't have any issues with this setup before I start installing any more stuff. I eventually want to start installing a lot of the devious skyrim mods but I'm working on it progressively. Making sure everything's kosher before moving forward.

 

I'm probably going to watch all of those videos too. Gopher was a big help and going over the STEP wiki and video tutorials have helped me get to this point so far but I feel like there's still a lot I need to learn.
