The gameSource page of DarkBloodlines was "cleaned" . Old not working download Links removed . And the download Links of the 5 meshes-textures files work without GameSource account.  ( But now the original esp file Links are broken. But in post 691 you have the russian V3.0 )

EDIT:

For all who don't know how to unpack numbered/splited 7z files.

All 5 files in ONE folder ( 7z.001 to 7z.005 )

Unpack file 7z.001 and ALL 5 files will be unpacked! (  If one files is missing it will not work.  And you can not unpack them individually.)

 

If you need a password, it is: DarkBloodline

?? I have downloaded the files 2013 from Mediafire. ( the Links in my post above) and I don't need a password.

Were the files replaced by new files with password ?

How can you fast travel if you can not enter Cyrodiil ? If you are in interior you can not fast travel. And if you are not in interior you are in Cyrodill and you say your game CTD.  ????

 

Or are you talking about the city Chorrol ?

 

And everyone else can play the mod, so no one has to do anything, only you have to fix your game (only if you want) :classic_wink:
 
Do you have the right Load order? Please post your Load order  and check my yellow Link below.
Do you have other mods that change Chorrol ? Mod conflict?
Do you have all requirements? And all files installed ( no only the esp from this page also the 5 7z files from the original Mod ; about 850MB meshes, textures and sound )

Allow me to attempt to  translate his 'gate'.  I believe that when he stated that he went through a Gate into Cyrodiil, he may have finished going through the Dungeon Sewers proper after leaving Baurus during the Character Creation quest.  Either that, or he may be implying a return to Cyrodil from the Shivering Isles or Oblivion itself.  That would be the best guess that I have.

 

And it might surprise you to know that not every interior map prevents fast traveling.  Scary as it seems, the default vanilla "Bravil House for Sale' was never tagged to prevent fast travel.  One can create an interior cell and neglect to turn that switch on, either accidentally or by design.  As an example, every Vanilla House for Sale except Anvil's accidentally (or intentionally?) permits fast travel from within.  However, none of the interior chambers unique to this mod permits fast travel.

 

But that is beside the point as I have not garnered any CTDs from playing... except once when trying to enter a small town near Leyawiin.  But I believe it was a case of my changing some scripts which changed an NPC from being a 'Persistent Reference' into one that was not, or visa versa.  That may screw things up.

 

But again,  as fejeena suggested, your load order?

I used LOOT to do my load order and only Cyrodiil gave me a CTD when i tried to enter it.(the fast travel was done outside of the gates and any attemp to get into the city just gave me a CTD as stated previously) and yes i installed everything necesarry and i have the latest version(and CTD happens when it loads the Cyrodiil and then it happens) and all of that was after i completed the tutorial and i believe that the exterior or atleast something/someone in there is making a CTD

I guess that kind of explains it?   Me?  I use  Oblivion Mod Manager 1.1.12   that I got from Nexus.  I'm sure fejeena has other recommendations.

I do not believe that.  ( At the release of LOOT they say it works with Oblivion, and the BOSS support ended. And you could read everywhere BOSS outdated, use LOOT now.
 But a year later (or two) the BOSS support started again and you got new BOSS-masterlists. )
 
Even the newest BOSS masterlist still sorts Lovers Mods wrong. But if the new LOOT sorts as good as BOSS you can use it the same ways as BOSS, first run it, then sort the Lovers Mods manually. But I will never try LOOT again for Oblivion. BOSS works, why a new Tool ?
