Is there a way to prevent masturbation?

As the title said, I was wondering whether there is a mod which prevents you from masturbating below a certain Arousal threshold. I feel like it's too easy to evade Deviously cursed loot's traps by just masturbating before opening a container, and i can't bring myself to just wait until i reach a certain arousal level because i usually get annoyed at finding so many traps and i lack the required discipline to do so.

Although if you wanted to be certain, you could equip The Maiden's Shield (find in Helgen keep or buy from the Dollmaker). Speaking of the doll maker, if going the standard chastity belt route, ask her to be your keyholder for a week.

Just set the arousal level required to trigger loot events to zero. Then you can't avoid them by masturbating. No need to get a mod to fix a problem when a fix is already available.

I have the same request as the original poster. I find it too easy to masturbate before opening any container.

 

As suggested above, I have tweaked DCL so that there is a small risk, even at 0 arousal but still, I keep masturbating all the time to remain at low arousal.

 

I know about chastity belts but they do not really solve my problem as they prevent any kind of sexual release.

 

What I would really like is to have a way to prevent me from masturbating so that I MUST look for a partner whenever my arousal get out of control.

 

Another possibility could be to make masturbation costly: very noisy, or depleting my stamina for some time, or making my hands shaky so that the next container I loot has a higher risk of triggering a cursed event.

 

Is there anyway to block masturbation other than a chastity device?

There is the sexlab separate orgasm mod.

It changes masturbation/sex into a minigame where in order to orgasm and lose arousal you have to fill the enjoyment bar. (Can be put onto auto-pilot mode).

It has an option on install to make perverted characters lose arousal slowly after sex events. (I think it's called SL_lewd).

 

With the Lewd option arousal loss after orgasm will become harder as your character becomes more and more perverted from masturbating everywhere.

 

Just remember to check if your other sexlab mods are compatible with it first. (Do a trial run and try triggering the sex events from your mods and see if something strange happens when you trigger a orgasm in the middle of a sex scene).

 

There are patches available for some mods on the installer and the mod thread.
