[Help] Adjusting a mod effect from 2h to 1h

Hello,

 

I am trying to edit a mod created by Elysees (for personal use), specifically the 'broken' version of SSS where it activates on every power attack instead of by hotkey. 

The problem is this mod only works for 2hs, i've tested it ingame with a greatsword and it works fine but I cannot work out how to make it activate for 1h power attacks aswell/instead of 2h.

 

I've had a look around on TES5EDIT and CK and i have no idea what i would need to change, is it an activator requirement? Is it a quest or a script thing? I have no clue what i'm doing here.
