Poser Hotkeys slows game down

Hello! I recently ran into an annoying issue: every time I activate a pose using Poser Hotkeys, the game slows down so much it's unplayable.

 

This issue struck me out of nowhere, and it affects even a clean save. I've tried reinstalling Poser Hotkeys, but no luck.

 

Any ideas how to fix this?
