[Campfire] Blank tinder, spells, fire building menu

When i click "use" on  a new fire pit none of the fire building options show up.

I recently fixed a similar issue with the my alchemy, blacksmith, tanning rack, enchanting menus being blank by removing the config.txt file in Interface/skyui. I later replaced it hoping that would fix the problem. The old problem stayed fixed but the campfire issue is still broken. I'm also unable to select manual or automatic fire option in mcm. 

 

If some one could help me pin point the issue that'd be great. I'm not clear on the structure of the code enough to figure it out.  Thanks
