Looking for some mod recommendations

I just decided to wipe my Skyrim and start over.

 

I've been out of the modding scene for a little over a year now.  And i was just curious, if people could recommend "best of" mods, like for the nude body, face, etc.

 

I've seen like little clips and stuff that people have recorded using SL, and my Skyrim NEVER looked even close to what these guys have, so i was looking for some great looking mods to add to my game, before i start adding all the mods back in.

There is a lot of good lighting mods out there and enb's but i found some a little taxing on my computer at times.So i started using skyrim INI manager to the game could get most from my rig.now my game looks 10 times better and runs smoother than ever.CTD have stopped.i hope this helps here is a small video of Skyrim INI manager
