Issue with Bodyslide groups when creating new outfits

I updated to 4.0 for Skyrim standard edition and suddenly all the presets I've built don't show up anymore for any outfits. No biggie, you just resave them while clicking on all the groups and it's fine, it's what I've had to do before.

This solved the issue for existing outfits, but any new conversions I make don't have any presets whatsoever show up for them until I add them manually to some group, doesn't appear to matter which as long as I do. I was using 3.6 before I believe and I didn't have to do this.

Is there some kind of way to make Bodyslide not use groups? I've honestly never really bothered with it, creating one preset and just slapping it over every single sliderset I actually build, and this is a major hindrance when converting new armor sets, since it adds an extra 5 or so steps per item I make.

I've tried deleting the SliderGroups folder since that apparently makes everything default to CBAdvanced and UUNP, but it doesn't seem to do anything, even after resaving new conversions.
