Can't level up

Ok after a long time i decided to get back into Skyrim with my old character. Problem is... i can't level up anymore. The level up bar just stays full and even pressing TAB or / to go to the skills menu i can't do anything.

Stupid question, but what lvl are you currently?

Your save file probably got corrupted, this probably won't do anything, but confirm what mods you had back on that save. You can check this by using a program called Wrye Bash that tells you what mods were active in a certain save. Did you use any leveling up mods that made it easier,harder, modded exp, or just modded the leveling system in anyway, like exp rate, etc? If so, then install those mods back again if you really love your character, or you could always start a new character, or mod a new save to the stats of the one you have lost
