No BB code post buttons, and other issues?

When I make a post, I don't see any buttons for bold, italics, underline, urls, etc, on this site. I don't see the BBCode Help button either.

 

It might just be a problem with IPB forums for me, as I can see the necessary buttons on NationStates (which is phpBB), and Sufficient Velocity (which is XenForo), but not Ace Combat Skies, which is also IPB. But there are other problems with Chrome too - When I log out, I have to use Inspect Element to log back in - the "I Am Over 18" button doesn't react to being clicked for me. A few other issues similar to that here and there, on other sites.

 

I also cannot see my signature image (hosted on Imgur) and a few other people's signature images, though that may not be related.

Imgur is blocking lovers labs.  Been that way for a long time.

 

As to the other issues, it is on your end unfortunately.  I'm using Chrome and everything works fine.  Sorry.
