Skyrim start so slowly with ENB

Hello  i have problem with enb no matter which enb i use my game boot so slowly like 30s black screen before bethesda logo i check with Tast Manager and my game simply not responding for those 30s same with minimizing and then 30s not responding when maximizing is there any fix for it ?  I didnt have this problem before pc format so it is fixable i guess. Thx for answer !

 

Maybe its somehow connected with windows 10 because before i had win 7 and i didnt have this problem
