[Need Help] With Skyrim and SKyrimPref Ini file settings

Hello everyone, I will really appreciate it if someone tell me the necessary Skyrim and SkyrimPref.ini file settings before modding specially the grass settings.

I also want to install Skyrim flora, 2k textures, SIMM so plz tell me in what order do i install these mods, and tell me the mod for better landscape details (specially for the Far landscape view).

 

Also when i click on update fnis behavior i get this error

hkxcmd has stopped working
Plz tell me how to fix it, Thanks.
