i'm wondering if anyone has ever experienced anything such as hitches in your game when installing hdt physics extension? i get these little quick fps drops always in the same exact spot, right now i notice it in whiterun and i've never seen anyone talk about this. it's almost like going over a speed bump i can see my fps stutter really quick and then go back to normal, only happens in these certain spots with hdt installed, i installed xpmse correctly and chose the hdt rig, i've tried all kinds of different xmls and different verions of hdt pe but its the same thing, i'm almost sure it went away with hdt smp installed but i didn't have much of anything installed like armors or hair for hdt smp only the body.

here's my log of a few minutes and it's not that long but i noticed a couple warnings not sure if they mean anything?

I don't think your problem is with HDT.

That is a very common place to have FPS drops, and is the result of a file-path error on the part of Bethesda. There is a bugged mesh in Whiterun.

Here is a mod that fixes that precise location.

The reason it appears that HDT is the problem is because Whiterun--and that particular mesh--are already using a bunch of VRAM, so when you added HDT you increased the load on your video card. Add the two together (HDT uses your video card for calculations) and you get a noticible FPS drop. Remove one (The bugged mesh) or the other (HDT) and the FPS drop will probably go away.

TL;DR

The bugged mesh combined with HDT physics is bringing your video card to it's knees. Get rid of the bugged mesh.

Ciao!
