I believe the video was reported/removed more because of the soundtrack than the content. Have you considered using royalty-free music? I don't have links to provide, but there should be lots of sites that share free audio tracks.

I use mainly roayilty free content music, just used non royality free this one time

and I know that it was removed due to the porn content because the warning tells you what you were reported for

also on my main channel, another video got removed because I didn't pixel it good enough on the same day. I assume it was the same person who holds a grudge for whatever reason against me.
