Racemenu Breast bones and skeleton bones?

Hello!

Maybe this is the wrong section to post it in but here we go.

In Racemenu there is Left breast and Right breast sliders. Im wondering what Bones do they modify on your skeleton?

 

Im guessing it changes the Scale/Float from 1.00 to 1.30?

Is it the NPC R Breast and NPC L Breast like this picture below here?

What is CME Bones? 

Does it have the same effect if you just modify the Breast [497] like this picture instead of changing both left and right breast?
