What is causing this?

Hey everyone!

 

SO I FINALLY got my game and MO installed, F4se, (realizing that it's outdated and then reverting and all that crazy stuff) and the list goes on.

 

Now after a full day of figuring out how to make it all work for the first time, I get stuff like this: 

 

Here's just standing there:

 

 

 

Here's moving or turning

 

 

 

At this point, I'm mentally drained from learning all of this stuff and I don't even know where to begin. I did try this fix:

But I failed miserably... Anyone have any ideas?

 

The only mods I have are CBBE and Bodyslide. Could those be causing a problem?

PS: I have no idea what the hell I'm doing...

That looks like something I've had with ENBs on FO4 and FONV. No idea why it does that tho as the ENB in Skyrim works like a charm. But you could try disabling the graphical effects of ENB and see if it fixes things.
