Mysterious .ESP - What is Tongueswcript.esp???

I have Tongueswcript.esp in my load order and I have no idea what this plugin is or does!  I've googled it but the only results are people who have the same .ESP in their load order asking for help on unrelated issues.

I would like to know what this .ESP is because for some odd reason it's causing part of the ground at Whiterun's entrance to CAVE under like it's missing a mesh or something.

I thought this .ESP might be an Esbern fix or something... but searching for that yielded no matches either.  I'm hoping someone has a really good memory and can remember what the heck this .ESP does.  I'm hoping that it's obsolete now since I can't even find it anywhere -- which would be a good thing.

Don't you have a mod manager to see what mod installs the esp?

If you upload it I'm sure that someone can take a peek and figure out what it does by opening it up in the creation kit and checking what stuff it modifies/contains...

Thank you, good Sir or Ma'am... now... what was the point of that mod anyway?  I don't recall it ever doing anything noticeable as far as tongues go.  LOL!

Should autoequip tongues during sex scenes. Not sure if it actually works or not.
