Jeddaven Posted November 8, 2016 Posted November 8, 2016 How do people get futas/shemales in their Sims games? The only way I can figure it out that works with Wicked forces me to use masculine face types on the female.
TURBODRIVER Posted November 8, 2016 Posted November 8, 2016 Setting your sim to use the toilet while standing will grant that sim a penis, no matter the body frame or sex. With future releases that option has a changed question to be more clear about what it does.

With the "Use Toilet While Standing" option enabled, your female Sim will always have a penis; in and out of sex. This will give you guys for what you are looking for. It's not in WickedWhims or any other mod. When you are in CAS, go to the gender section, and there is a drop down menu. Select the one that says "Can Use Toilet While Standing". And now whenever you have sex, that Sim will have a penis.
