MomoHime Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 I have a mod installed and it has a little blue book at the end and it says ''either this mod is not on the nexus anymore or there is a new version of this'' I want to still download it since it use to help my skyrim not crash but i don't want this to f*** my game up by downloading it, the thing is that it no longer has the NMM version download link to it just the manual download BUT the NMM manger one is still in my NMM will it mess my game up or confuse things? I realize that i must have repeated myself twice but oh well. I low-key do not care if this is a silly question or stupid one, i want to know. If this is already been asked fine then link me to it and if this is posted in the wrong place then hmu.
jfraser Posted November 6, 2016 Posted November 6, 2016 what mod is it? also, if you already have it, why do you want to download it again? don't install a different version if you already have it installed, but you should be able to download it manually and install it via importing to NMM.

I have (had) skyrim stability mod installed from a while back and i had to uninstall everything to check to see the mod that was causing my game to glitch, and after i found out what mod it was i only installed some and stopped playing skyrim all together so i never got to finish installing all of them back so time went by and now i come back and i see little blue books and i'm just curious if i could download it again or will it fuck my game up. Like i said it's been a while and things have changed. download it manually? I have never downloaded anything manually and when i got to the manaul part and download it, it just gives me a guide. (sorry if that doesn't make sense. too tired to re-read and correct stuff)
Guest Posted November 7, 2016 Posted November 7, 2016 Here is the picture what the "little blue book" means. I have them several too and my Skyrim works fine. Missing ID from some mods wouldn't ruin your game stability, although some mods might not work well for some people.
