Brawl Conflicts

[Darkening Demise]

I'm unable to brawl Uthgerd she just takes my gold and stays seated. I did get to brawl the thug sent by Nepos-BUT only after he walked into the warrens and then I followed him. I talked to him again and he became hostile-as in the brawl was on. Not sure what's causing this weird problem so here's my load order. I know ineed has a conflict so I disabled it but things are still 'buggy'. I do have the modern brawl fix but that doesn't change a thing.
