Problem with Raven Beak Prison

I'm asking here because in mod topic I saw questions from months ago without any answers.

I have an issue about the NPC approach in this prison mod. The description says that each interval they approach demanding things. This interval is reduced if the character is naked. I tried normal and naked, nothing happens, they continue to ignore. But when I start dialogue and demand things, everything is fine. I thought that was something about Fuz Roo du Silent Voices, but I reinstall and nothing solves.

Do you know what could cause this? Or is this mod really bugged?
