Help with Poupouri ENB Morning Star v0.292

Hey guys, this is one awesome ENB!

Though I got some little problems with it.
I got the message that I didnt set bFloat...(etc.) in my SkyrimPrefs.ini to 1 (which I did, searching through the .ini showed the entry and its at 1) or that I have multiple .ini (which I dont, no other skyrimprefs.ini on my PC).
The ENB is working though. Is this a problem? Is there something I can do to fix this or do I simply have to check my .ini a fourth time?

Another question:
Whenever I am not directly close to a light source or in direct sun, the skin of my character very quickly gets a red hue despite having the most pale skin colour set in Racemenu and the lighting in Racemenu clearly shows how pale it is. However, the hair of my character is a strong bright red. Is that just how the dynamic lighting works or can I tweak that? Btw, I disabled Deffered Rendering because with it on I get a CTD everytime I try to enter an exterior cell. I also use the v0.292 because the v0.308 would always CTD when trying to load the Clean Save. I'm using Windows 7 btw.
Also, are there any minimum hardware requirements I should meet, or can I tweak it down to any semi-modern hardware?

Sorry for asking it here, but the thread in the nexusmods.forum appears abandonded.

Thanks for any help!

Only thought on 1st question is: if you are using Mod Organizer, make sure you are setting the INI settings there.  Mod Organizer would override any you set under Documents\My Games\Skyrim

2nd question: no idea

Thanks alot!

Forgot that MO too manages the skyrimprefs.ini for their respective profiles!

Weird that Windows search function didnt find them though.

About the red hue: I think it's normal. I got good results in straight light so I think the red comes from shadow and my red hair.

Hardware: I probably just have to get a better rig, but it's running smooth most of the time.
