Are any house mods working also any follower mods?

if any are working could you let me know. i mostly am hoping the 1st player home in whitrun is working. at lest one of them.. i used this base of action as the best spot. dont get me wrong theres some others i love more but i like being in the middle of everything. my best area i love is river run.. but not the best place to have a house unless is has everything type of thing.. xD..
