Consuming potion triggers masturbation event

As title says, if consuming a potion, character can get "unusually horney" or something event, and it triggers a masturbation event. 

Anyone know what mod this is, and if it's possible to disable? 

I guess I have a kind of standard kinky build, but if you need specifics, I can try to make a list!

It's probably Cursed Loot, and there is an option to disable it but don't ask me where... i can never memory where it's 999 options are in MCM.
