Any ideas why? I installed what author suggested. I started a new game and nothing changed. @edit1 - I deactivated unneccesary mods and still im fucked.

Have you started a new game ? You must start a new game.

 

And by the way you should sort your Mods, your Load order is not the best.

 

And you don't need  KT_CustomRaceFix.esp  , you have Unofficial Oblivion Patch.esp.
