need help again~

So after following and digging the forums and trying to understand those modding terms that everyone is using, I manage to set up my character.     

Currently using a cbbe hdt body. Now what if i wanna try change it from a cbbe body to this : http://www.loverslab.com/topic/42724-7bch-conversion-workshop/

Do I just replace the .nif in meshes? I understand costumes need to be suitable for the body, need help trying to understand how to swap body types thanks~

tbh just get bodyslide, it has everything youll ever need and want and then some too.

I already am using bodyslide. Just trying to figure out the proper procedule in changing body types since the one use by http://mitakusaner.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-581.html
