Shiny / reflective skin textures when using COS + ENB

One thing i have noticed after installing ENB's is light reflection. However, it also affects the skin textures on vagina mesh that comes with Clams of Skyrim. I have tried changing bloom settings, and disabling reflection to no avail, but i also haven't seen people commenting with this problem which leads me to believe its a problem on my end. 

 

anyone ever experience it, or know enough about ENB's to know how to reduce it?

that's no done by messing with enb settings (that apply it to everything)

that's done by messing with the meshes

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and you don't do that if you use the same body the npc are using (their head use specualr x glossines y, their body need that or seam)
