No Animations after Installing OSA

Hello! So i installed OSA and tried to run Skyrim, but the problem is every person in the game including myself just didnt had any animation, the NPC's also couldnt move. It was looking like in this Video: 

 

 

So do you know whats wrong? I thought FNIS was the problem and reinstalled it, but then the Game crashed everytime i tried to Load the Savegame, so i uninstalled OSA and everything was fine.

Did you run FNIS for users? If you do not have it, dwnload from Nexus. Without FNIS there is no new animations registered for Skyrim.

You didn't run FNIS or install FNIS.

 

You need FNIS.

Guys i just said in the Topic that ive even REinstalled FNIS.

Can you provide the result of the Generating FNIS for Users?

Usually it contains useful information to detect the problem.

 

Tell us also what Mod Manager are you using, please.

And just for clarification, "reinstalling" FNIS and "running" FNIS are really 2 different things.  And make sure to copy the ENTIRE generator output in the top section:  right-click in the results, select all, copy, then paste into a post.  Preferably with spoiler tags:   [ spoiler ] your results here [ /spoiler ]   (remove spaces to work...)
