I'm just wondering which in game spouses have families?

I think Sybilla has a quest where you deliver something to her parents or vice versa, I might be wrong though..

Avrusa Sarethis lives with her younger sister. Taarie lives with her... older? sister. Sylgja's parents are Anneke and Verner. Camilla Valerius lives with her brother. Borgakh the Steel Heart lives with all kinds of relatives in the stronghold. Ghorza gra-Bagol's brother works in Markarth with her. 

 

On the male side you've got Vilkas and Farkas. Sorex Vinius lives with his father. Octieve San lives with his daughter. Moth gro-Bagol is the aforementioned brother of Ghorza. There's a couple other male orcs I can't remember you can marry in various strongholds full of relatives.

 

Think that's it? I'm surprised I could remember that many.
