How can I create a wider weight slider for male body?

I recently started a new playthrough playing as a male argonian. I installed this mod so my character would look more threatening. The results are great, specially when wearing armor, as my character looks like a mega powerhouse.

 

I've been wondering however how could I extend even further the weight slider, so I decided to ask for help.

Would you tell me the steps to create this mod?

How do I do that? Know of any place I can learn how to modify the sliders?

To be honest, I have no clue how to do it.   But I was searching around trying to answer your question and came across a RaceMenu skeleton slider addon. This might help you more than having to dive into Nifskope and (I think) HAVOK just to make your guy a touch buffer.
