Wrist weighting is something that Skyrim modding never managed to get quite perfect, so yea, that's pretty normal for most body mods.

 

Physics glitch is usually caused by a jumpy framerate which isn't always fixed with a fps limit in place. Often times to fix you can quickly go into showracemenu and go back out and your character's physics will revert to something more stable.

Depends on the body, if it is CBBE there is very not many vertices which is why it deforms in such a way. Take UNP, it has more verts so it can deform a little more realistically with animations/poses. It'll still be there but not as much as CBBE.

My FPS is usually pretty stable unless I'm in a city or something like that, and I am using a custom UNP body I made in Bodyslide.
