Jarl spouses

I know there are a few jarls who have spouses but I don't understand why others don't. Like make jarls should have a really hot young wife and female jarls should have a really hot young husband. Is there a mod that does this, because I would love to see this

Don't know of a mod, but reasons for Jarls have no spouse might be

 

- Balgruuf- He has children, but no wife, maybe widower?

- Elsif definitive became widow just recently

- Ulfric - just escaped imperials - before he was captured he became Jarl just recently,he was often in jail/ combat or learned from graybeards( no time/opportunity? )

 

Edit: There is however a mod where the player can become spouse of either Ulfric or Elsif
