Npc's load slow

I have recently run into a problem where the npc's are loading slowly.

 

For example if I am comming up to a random spawn area. I can walk into the middle of the area before the NPC's spawn.

 

Another example Concord. It used to be that I could hear fighting before I rounded the corner to head for the museum. Now there is no fighting until I am basically on top of my first victim. I think Garvey even spawned on the ground instead of the balcony.

 

Hope someone might be able to give me some insight into this.

 

One thought I'm having is things added to leveled list (ex: What to wear mod)

Hi, Wildtangent. I can't think of any mods or performance issues which might cause that. Did you check your "View Distance" settings in the Advanced Options of Fallout 4? You'd have to launch the game directly from Steam rather than from the mod manager to see those settings. If they're not already maxed, I would max them.

I don't know what I did to fix this issue, but Npc's are now loading as they should at least for the most part.

A couple things that I did do were.

 

1. Verify integrity of game cache through Steam.

2. Deleted My ini's and ran launcher to have them rewritten.

3 I also removed HMMM what to wear. (Don't know if this helped or not)
