I am not sure, because some people have Nexus Mod maneger, I have Mod Organizer

When you install SOS. You should be able to reinstall SOS and select the option that mod says is compatible.

 

You also have to download and install the right file for the Undergarments mod from the optional files list.

I did, but the NPCs and the player have a giant hole between their legs, its is like a big nothing under their underwear.

When I install SoS, there is no option for compatible mods.

You have to install at least one of the three models of schlong that comes with SOS, it sounds like you didn't install any of them.

Sexlab is a FRAMEWORK, it is not by itself intended to be used as your mod to add sex to the game.

 

To use the Sexlab Framework then you need an additional mod which uses the framework to add sex to the game under some sort of conditions.

 

It is up to YOU to decide what sort of conditions you want and to select a mod or set of mods that bring those conditions together.

 

Here is a list of mods available for use with the Framework, you need to look at the description of each mod on their link page to decide if you want to try them or not but if you have questions about which mods would be closest to your vision of how sex should work in Skyrim then feel free to ask (but not on the Index thread).

Yes, it works without the Underwear mod. But when I have the underwear mod and SoS, are all vanilla NPCs running around in underwear, and there is a big hole of nothing in the place where the schlong should be (while wearing underwear) .
