Bodyslide isn't very hard to set up. I could walk you through it, as well as armor mods

The only way to get a personal 'ideal' body shape without bodyslide would be to make one yourself which I would say not many have done. Even popular shapes like CBBE and UNP and all their derivatives were made by someone likely for their own 'ideal'. You'll be best off using bodyslide if you want something particular.
