Looking for some Mods

I am from Germany so I hope my English is not to broken, if so, I'm sorry.

 

I'm looking for some Mods to make my Game more immersive.

 

 

This are:

 

1.  A castle/burg/palace, but ; that is important; with a lifing city. I know I did saw something like this but it was more a fight/war mod, so you had to defend the castle, but I want a calm place, so just some vendors, blacksmith's, children playing around there, just like the city with a castle. So if you know something like that, that would be nice. Oh and I wanna be the King of the castle so it should not have already a King/owner.
2.  I got just now this idea too, is there a mod that the folk see me as a king/god for the immersion.
3. I wanna be a Magic Boy, but I want a Limit of my Magic power, I did saw some "eat, sleep, drink & bath" mods but they did just reduce the Power of the magic "speech power" or something like this, but I want a limit to my Magic ressource (I guess mana) so I can NOT any more cast spells if I'm out of power and I have to sleep, eat, drink and yeah to get the power back, do you guys something that can help me to limit my Mana/power on this way? (yeah i could just use the mod and if it say I'm hungry I stop use spells, but with a real working feature it would feel better).
    

 

That is it for the Start, maybe more soon if you guys wanna help me to create my Fantasy World I'dont wanna play Skyrim for Skyrim, i wanna play it to enjoy a bit VR Adventures but without a VR^^. And with all the mods it is a good option to make it real.

 

Maybe I will get into a modder too, and get a good part for the community. But I will look into that later.
