I suppose you know that you need a mod to start the sexlab animations.

 

If you wanna check one really easy for it, try Follow me for Sex.

Then just ask two NPCs to follow you, and then ask for sex.

If its double penetration, Im going to assume its a 4 person/ 3 creature+1 person orgy since 3 way is spitroast. You gotta go to defeat animation settings and make sure that under the Multiple settings, you add in tags like MFFF, MFF, FFM,FFFM, etc. Then change the multiples chance in sexlab to 100%. If you want to kinkify that on a follower, its really rng, but you can change THAT setting in the NPC on NPC settings in the Defeat MCM menu

There are several double penetration animations with 2+PC... not only spitraost. Don't remember the names, though. As for pretty much everything else i'd recommend SLAL, especially Leitos and Funnybizness, to have more animations than sexlab only. But other packs are very nice too, just smaller.
