[Request] Video Tutorial of converting a particular mesh/meshes to Unified UNP

So I've been interested in familiarizing myself with Bodyslide and conversions, but I'm running into quite a lot of road bumps and thought it'd be far easier to watch and learn from a video tutorial. The Unified UNP body template is very popular considering how many body types it supports and I'd like to benefit from a video tutorial or video tutorial(s) that show exactly the steps required to achieve a flawless conversion. I feel I'll benefit better from watching a master at work rather than going through written steps as some are bound to become vague and lead to redundancy. 

 

One particular file I'm interested in converting is the Gladiator Sandals.

 

If anyone could create a video demonstrating the steps taken I'd greatly benefit from and appreciate your efforts.

I'm curious how to do the footwear as well since conversions tutorials only seem to cover body.

No video but screenshots and a nice easy guide to follow . This is the same workflow I use. 

 

Those sandals are a straightforward conversion since there are no heels to worry about so no angled foot shenanigans.
