No Hair or eye options

I just installed several mods that had never given me issues before, mainly TTW and its sexout addons, and now I have no hair or eye options in character creation

Any help would really be appreiated

Your load order is an absolute mess. I'm not entirely sure what's going on because it shouldn't be possible for you to even launch the game. You're running Honest Hearts as your base game with Fallout 3 as DLC and New Vegas isn't even in your load order. Go run LOOT.

I just missed FNV when i copied the load order, it's at the top, and FO3 is there as part of TTW, all of its DLC is listed in the load order as well

I figured out the problem esp, it was [X] Jill Valentine Race.esp, though I don't get why it would do that. Oh well, I guess I can run with a normal face
