Lights Change brightness constantly in the Cell...

Hi,

 

I'm trying to create a farm house from scratch by getting help from several tutorials.

 

Right now, I'm having problem adding a fireplace light, several candle lights, and sunlight for the cell.

 

When I'm moving in the cell, the lighting's level changes. It's getting lighter, or darker. It's even getting darker or brighter by its own however I don't move.

 

I'm sending you some pictures about my problem.
