Editing NPC Dialogue

for immersion purposes I am trying to edit an npcs dialogue where they say things that may have initially made sense but are now repeating it and it no longer is relevent.

 

how are u guys editing the dialogue? CK? tesvedit?

 

i just want to delete a couple lines. can anyone provide a quick & dirty on how? thanx much.

This, I would also like to very much know. Thank goodness Skyrim doesn't have as many grammatically incorrect mods as New Vegas.
