How do i log in to mod organizer and how to drag and drop

cant find anyway to log into mod organizer, can someone help please, also how to drag and drop

If you mean log into nexus through it then choose the options icon, the one with a screwdriver and spanner on it, then choose the nexus tab, enter your user name and password for nexus in the correct boxes, and for me I always tick the automatically log in option just above the user name box.

Dag'n'Drop is possible only in the "download" right tab.

oh i see, i have in the left panel a red overwrite file, when i double click on it a box comes up with skse file folder in it, so how do i clear this
