Two Sanctuaries ?!

So i started playing Fallout 4 again and naturally installed some mods, when i get the "Sanctuary" quest and had to put the beds down, i did so.

 

Yet the progress was still at 0% that's when i went to the workshops tab and found that there are actually two sanctuaries one with the beds and the food and all that and another one with nothing, and for some reason i had a quest marker that took me to Goodneighbour, safe to say im looking for help on this problem.

i had a similar problem(but it crash the instant i've removed an object) and i believe it is this mod "1d WelcometoGoodneighbor.esp"
