MCM poor performance, blank options, won't add new mods

Hello, so finally i fixed my skyrim no random ctd, no ctd on save...etc but after all this my mcm won't add new mods(mods working fine just no menus) and for example Cursed Loot menu becomes blank i think everything started after i  reinstalled Captured Dreams maybe its related somehow, i also try COC qasmoke and everything load fine i can see Cursed Loot menu and new installed mods menus. Is there any fix for it ? Maybe should i reinstall cursted loot the problem is i cant enter mcm menu= cant clean save Thx for help

 

@edit so i use this command:

setStage SKI_ConfigManagerInstance 1

I can see new mods but Cursed Loot totally disappear from the list so the question is can i reinstall it without clean save ?

Ok, its fixed i unchecked cursed loot from MO enter game>save>quit>clean save scripts>check cursed loot>enter game
